Much like this one - but wide track, so will need shortening, but is still limited slip. Huehuehuehuehuehuehuehue

Frankenstein. You don't know the half of it. Honda intakes on a Rover v8 with basically a firebird clutch and trans, with Mustang-derived front brakes and Mini radiators. Possibly also a PTO via a Ford Ranger transfer case.

"Oh, I've chosen my components carefully, Persian. Perhaps you should have done the same."
"This is blasphemy! This is madness!"
"THIS. IS. CUSTOM!!!"

I won't be far behind you, I have got lots of custom work to do on the truck. Much research and plenty of adapting.

I thought about using Thunderbird, Lincoln Mark, and Expedition rear suspension before choosing jaaaag, but jaaaag is simply the best option. Same with the trans - need a side-lever 4 with a bell housing available and light. Same with the 8x ITB intake, right size, easy fit. The front suspension is basically perfectly fine if I just do a Shelby drop, as it's the samw layout as a Mustang. Might add heim rods, no biggie.

I may have some questions for you down the road on my project.

I only look like I know what I'm doing because I don't' know that I don't know what I'm doing or shouldn't know. Or shouldn't do. I've slipped the bounds of sanity enough to be unimpeded coming up with this shit 's all.

You are basically a future me working on a Ranchero instead of a F100. I am about to get into some shit I never though I would and do LOTS of guessing.

Sweet :) inboard or outboard disks, and twin or single shocks? According to this chap , the later setup is better (great little resto actually).
I've been wondering what to do with mine now that I've got a mildly crushed Jag. I could sell it on for a couple of hundred, or I could keep it for a future MBG GT V8 (or TR7 V8) build.

Inboard disks, twin shocks I believe (out of an XJ-S). Supposed to get pictures soon.

Gotcha. Twin shocks should be great for loading stuff in the back.
Inboard disks are cool, but supposedly a pain in the arse to service. I wonder if you could swap the hubs out for later outboard disk ones.
Personally, I rather like the inboard ones. More racecar :)
